I am a qualified counsellor committed to providing a safe, confidential, and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My practice is built on a foundation of professional integrity and trust, adhering to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ethical framework to ensure that I maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, confidentiality, and competence, prioritising your well-being throughout our work together.
I offer individual therapy, available face-to-face and online, with options for both long-term, in-depth work and short-term, focused sessions. I have gained valuable experience working within a charity setting, where I supported individuals facing complex challenges often involving significant life transitions, loss, and trauma, and a college setting, providing support navigating academic stress, and mental health concerns. These experiences have equipped me to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds and age groups. I offer reliability, honesty and integrity to help you access your most complex challenges. I strive to help us both understand your world exactly as you experience it, providing a consistent space that contains overwhelming emotions, thoughts and behaviours allowing you to process them safely and understand what is not working for you. I do not shy away from difficulty. Instead, I partner with you to navigate aspects of your life with compassion, offering thoughtful challenge when needed to facilitate growth.
